The website's e-commerce platform is provided by Shopify Inc. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies. Please read the information provided in these links carefully.
General
If you know the Year, Make and Model of the vehicle you're shopping for, use the handy vehicle finder at the top of our pages to begin your search.
Once selected you'll be presented a collection of all products we have listed related to this vehicle. You can use collection filters to narrow your results by product type.
You can also use the search bar to lookup specific vehicle parts or enter the part-number or SKU of a product if known.
Nb. You may not see the vehicle finder tool on collections of our universal products such as car accessories, homewares or pet products.
Select a product to view full product information. Some products require you to make further selections on the product page to identify the correct part number for your vehicle type or desired fitment/colour choices.
When you're ready to purchase, select 'Add to Cart'. You can continue shopping or head straight to the Cart Page to begin the checkout process.
You can choose to Create an account or simply use an email address to complete your checkout.
Any discount codes can be entered at checkout and shipping rates will be applied automatically once you've entered a delivery address; We offer FREE UK SHIPPING on orders over £150!.
If your vehicle year is listed but your specific model type is missing from the options in the drop down, there are a couple of things to be aware of;
- You can try choosing the base model, for instance, if you have a 2016 Ford Mustang 5.0L V8 Cabriolet, simply select Ford Mustang to see all results.
- Individual product pages may allow you to narrow your selection based on the specific body type of your vehicle.
We have opted to list only vehicles from 2010 and up, as the majority of UK RHD custom-fit options are for newer models.
If you have an older model or import you can head to weathertech.com to check what options might be available for your vehicle.

Prices shown on WeatherTech UK are provided in £GBP and include UK VAT as standard. A VAT breakdown is shown at checkout.
If you have entered a non-UK delivery address, website prices may update to exclude UK VAT. Please be advised you may still have to pay local customs fees and taxes in your country prior to delivery.

Each product page shows the Availability for the selected variant as either In Stock, Available to Pre-Order, or Out Of Stock.
You are always welcome to Contact Us before placing your order, to confirm availability and lead times.

In Stock
If the product variant you've selected is showing as 'In stock' then it's already in our UK warehouse and can be dispatched immediately*. You may even see a marker indicating the number of items we have in stock right now!
*Please note only orders received before 12pm (GMT) weekdays are usually processed same-day in time for our courier collections, so orders placed after this time will be processed on the next-working day.
If you have multiple items in your order with any item showing as 'Available for pre-order' then we'll wait until they've been received into our warehouse, so that all items can be dispatched and delivered together.

Available for Pre-Order
If the product is listed as 'Available to pre-order' you can still add the item to your cart and checkout, then once your order is placed we will organise for each specific product to be shipped from WeatherTech's huge facility in Chicago, USA.
A good majority our custom-fit FloorLiners and BootLiners are 'Available for pre-order' because it would be impossible for our current UK warehouse to house every single liner for all model types (did you know WeatherTech have over 18,000 individual part numbers!). The good news is we have weekly air shipments from WeatherTech, so provided they have the item(s) available (they usually do!), we can organise for it to come over with our next stock delivery.
Pre-order items usually land with us and ready to be sent to you within 10-14 days from your order being placed. To keep you up-to-date, we'll contact you within 1 working day to confirm the estimated lead time and can provide you with regular updates until your order is delivered.

Out of Stock
While most items are kept either 'In stock' or 'Available to pre-order', a handful may be marked as 'Out of stock'.
For popular products, it could be we're waiting on our next stock delivery before we update our inventory.
Occasionally however WeatherTech will retire a part meaning they no longer manufacture it. So once we've sold any remaining stock, it may automatically be marked as 'Out of stock' and will eventually removed from our website.

Please be advised, while every effort is made to keep our online store's inventory up-to-date however we do sell through other channels (such as eBay or direct sales) which can take some time to update on the online stock system. We will contact you if there is any change to availability affecting your order.
An order confirmation email will be sent within minutes of placing your order.
If you do not receive an email, please contact us and a representative will be happy to assist.
You can also check your credit card/PayPal account online to see if you have any pending charges.
Not to worry, contact us as soon as possible so we can check vehicle fitment or update your order with the correct part.
If new items are a higher price than your original order value we can send you a link to arrange payment for the difference, similarly any savings will be passed back to you once the order is confirmed.
If your order has already been dispatched we may be able to arrange an exchange upon return of the original part(s) provided certain conditions are met, see below.
Our online checkout accepts most payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
You can also use Google Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal.
If you select Paypal, you will be prompted to login with your PayPal account to proceed. Please note, the shipping address on your order must match the shipping address saved to your PayPal account.
Paypal may provide the option of using Paypal Credit (subject to eligibility) allowing you to spread payments for high value orders over 4 interest free instalments, but you should always make sure you can afford any repayment terms before agreeing.

We currently offer FREE UK SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £150 and 10% off your second item when ordered together from our range of Boot Liners or Floor Liners. Savings will automatically update at checkout when your order becomes eligible.
If you have a discount code, you can enter this at checkout to see your savings (specific T&Cs apply).
Discounts cannot be applied to shipping or gift-cards.
Delivery & Collection
For UK mainland we use express services including Royal Mail 1st Class and DPD next working day services.
Some destinations like Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland can take longer.

Yes, we currently sell to the UK and Europe.
Simply select your delivery country at checkout to see the relevant shipping rate. We use economy services to deliver goods to European mainland destinations, typically deliveries are made within 4-10 days.
Please be advised that customs and import duties may be applied to orders delivered outside the UK. You will usually be contacted by the courier firm to pay these fees directly before goods will be delivered. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Finally, for deliveries to any non-residential address outside the UK, a proper Tax ID, EORI or similar must be provided, otherwise your order may be cancelled.

Yes, all parcels are sent using tracked services. Details will be provided once your order has been despatched from our UK warehouse.

If you have received tracking details from us and the item is with the courier you can contact them directly for updates.
Please note, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. WeatherTech UK shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales or for any shortfalls with the carrier service used.
We're unable to deliver goods to any other address than the one given at the time of checkout. If the item has not yet been dispatched you may Contact us to cancel your order so that you can complete checkout with a new delivery address if necessary.

Collections are offered by appointment only, due to our warehouse not operating a reception or waiting area.
To organise a collection, please get in touch BEFORE placing your order, so that inventory can be checked and reserved.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return unwanted goods. Please send returns to:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once items have been received back to us, the item value will be refunded. Any delivery costs are non-refundable unless their is a fault with the product. All return costs are the customer's responsibility.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including if a product has been fitted or changed in any way, or such items as perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gasses. Additionally, Gift cards, eVouchers or downloadable products are non-returnable.

If the item is defective or damaged WeatherTech UK may agree to replace the item. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to inform us of the fault(s). You will then be instructed on your options for exchange or return.
Please note that if a signed for delivery service has been used, you should only accept the goods from the courier if the packaging appears in a suitably good condition. If you believe the parcel to have been damaged in transit, do not sign for the goods and please contact us immediately.

Once we have received your return, please allow 1-2 working days for these to be processed. Once approved refunds will be processed back via the original payment method. Most refunds appear instantly however you should allow up to 10 days for refunds to appear on your transactions.

Yes, any order which has not yet been dispatched from our UK warehouse may be cancelled and refunded in full. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel any part of your order.
Unfortunately, once dispatched we will be unable to process any refunds until the parts are returned to us.
WeatherTech UK warrants that all products are free from defects.
As an authorized reseller of WeatherTech® products, everything you buy from WeatherTech UK comes with the same Lifetime Limited Warranty they support.
That does not mean that a product that simply and naturally wears out from normal use is a candidate for a warranty replacement or a refund. Like tires, brake pads or the shoes on your feet, everything wears out and when it does, that does not mean you did not receive good value for your money.
Exclusions to this warranty include wear due to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, vehicle accidents, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, incorrect use, etc.
Important: WeatherTech's Lifetime Limited Warranty does not apply to Roll Up Truck Bed Cover, AlloyCover Hard Tri-Fold Pickup Truck Bed Cover, ComfortMat and ComfortMat Connect.
