Can I purchase only the driver’s side?

No. The FloorLiners are only sold as sets for entire 1st Row (Front Driver & Passenger Side), 2nd Row (Back Passenger Seats) and in some cases 3rd Row (Back Passenger Seats).

Why doesn’t the FloorLiner cover the door sill on my vehicle?

Floorliners are manufactured to fit flush or cover the door sill when the vehicle’s sill is level with the floor. If the vehicle is designed with a well-shaped floor space, the FloorLiner will rise up to and along the door sill, but not cover it completely.

Why is my driver’s side dead pedal/ footrest only partially covered?

There are inherent limitations in the manufacturing process that may limit the height of some walls on a specific application.

Why aren’t all rear FloorLiners one piece?

WeatherTech strive to offer the most protection possible for the vehicle footwell. Some designs allow for a one-piece, over-the-hump liner, and others present limitations that require a two-piece design. The fitment notes and images on our website generally show the make-up of each row.

How do I remove the FloorLiners from my car?

Some vehicles utilise posts, snaps, hooks-and-loops, as well as other retention devices that require a 90-degree twist to remove-and-install. Please refer to your vehicle owner’s manual for the proper instructions on the use of your particular vehicle’s floor mat retention system. Once identified, refer to the instructions supplied with your FloorLiners or mats.

Are WeatherTech FloorLiners stain-resistant?

Yes! FloorLiners will resist staining, however routine maintenance is recommended to prolong the life and integrity of the product. We recommend using the TechCare FloorLiner and FloorMat Cleaner/Protector Kit to maximise the longevity of your FloorLiner.

Will FloorLiners fit handicap-accessible vehicles?

Due to the high level of modification found in these vehicles we can make no guarantees of the fitment of our parts in handicap-accessible vehicles.

My floor is flat; why does it say “over the hump”?

"Over the hump" in this case simply means the FloorLiner fits as one-piece door-to-door.

Do I have to trim my FloorLiners?

Some vehicles have options (i.e. speakers and subwoofers) that may interfere with the design of the product. In these instances, we incorporate trim lines to accommodate those options affected.

Can I put the FloorLiners on top of or under my factory mats?

No. The removal of the factory mats is IMPERATIVE for proper installation. Failure to remove factory mats will result in an improper fit, which will likely create interference with vehicle controls, resulting in an unsafe condition for operating the vehicle.

Is this product latex free?

Yes! All Floor Mats, household mats and coasters are made from our advanced Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), which is virtually odorless, contains no harmful PVCs, phthalate, BPA, cadmium or lead and is 100% recyclable.

I have checked weathertech.com and found FloorLiners for my vehicle, but can't find them listed on your WeatherTech UK website. Can you help?

Our WeatherTech UK website is focussed on selling products popular with UK customers. There are significant differences between left-hand-drive FloorLiners (found on weathertech.com) and the range they have developed for UK right-hand-drive cars which we predominantly sell here at weathertech-uk.com.

Why are there not FloorLiners for all vehicle makes & models on your site?

As WeatherTech is a USA company, the majority of their R&D has been toward US left hand drive cars, and they've only recently started to manufacture options designed specifically to fit modern right hand drive applications (2010 onward!). We're committed to keeping our online store up-to-date with their full range of products for RHD applications as they are released. We also work directly with their R&D teams to provide feedback on what the UK market is in demand for. Get in touch if you're interested in FloorLiners for your specific vehicle.

The WeatherTech logo gel label detached from my product. Can I get replacements?

Yes! If for some reason the gel label(s) become detached, please notify our customer service team and we will ship out replacement labels at no charge to you.

Do WeatherTech FloorLiners come with a warranty?

WeatherTech UK warrants that all products are free from defects. As an authorized reseller of WeatherTech® products, everything you buy from WeatherTech UK comes with the same Lifetime Limited Warranty they support. That does not mean that a product that simply and naturally wears out from normal use is a candidate for a warranty replacement or a refund. Like tires, brake pads or the shoes on your feet, everything wears out and when it does, that does not mean you did not receive good value for your money. Exclusions to this warranty include wear due to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, vehicle accidents, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, incorrect use, etc.
