Laser-Measured Precision
All WeatherTech FloorLiners start out life on a computer. State-of-the-art laser scanners are used to measure the precise shape of a vehicle's footwell before a talented team of advanced CAD (computer aided design) engineers create a virtual 3D representation and carefully refine how the FloorLiner will achieve the supreme custom-fit.
Next, a prototype is produced so that the team of product development specialists can test fit the design on real life versions of whichever car it is designed for, to ensure everything is perfect. If anything is even the slightest bit out of line, the prototype is sent back and the CAD model must be tweaked to accommodate any changes needed.
This ensures that any WeatherTech products you purchase will provide the perfect fit, every time.
Quality Manufacturing
All our FloorLiners are manufactured at WeatherTech's impressive factory in Illinois, USA by a team of skilled workers. Made from fully recyclable patented materials, the process involves vacuum forming each mat against the CAD approved mould. This is a process called thermoforming and ensures FloorLiners are made to the highest standard.
Each FloorLiner is then checked over by the meticulous quality control team and packaged for despatch.
Expedited International Shipping
As WeatherTech's official UK distributor, we handle all the tricky parts of overseas transportation and importation costs, so you only pay the price you see on our online store, (WeatherTech UK prices are shown in UK GBP, inclusive of UK VAT).
The journey from Illinois involves each FloorLiner being loaded onto a pallet and driven across state to our freight forwarding hub in New York. Our logistics officers sort out all of the import documents for export so they can be flown directly into our nearest airport at Birmingham, UK. Each FloorLiner makes the last part of 4,000+ mile journey to arrive at our centrally located UK warehouse, based in the Midlands.

What's more we receive these air-freight shipments weekly, ensuring rapid fulfilment for all custom-fit applications. In fact, for any products not on hand, we aim to deliver in under 14 working days*.

Next Day UK Distribution
Our friendly UK warehouse team process orders daily (except weekends and bank holidays). Each FloorLiner is hand picked, carefully packaged and individually prepared for despatch. We use reliable, fully tracked couriers with most orders being sent on a next working day delivery service.
Tracking details are shared directly to customers as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
Based at the same location as our warehouse is also our head office where we respond to customer support enquiries, arrange future shipments and maintain our website amongst other things.
